Order processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Orders received before 3:00 PM GMT begin processing the same day, while orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. During this time, we carefully pick, pack and quality-check your items to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping methods
We offer free delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required. Your order will be shipped using a trusted carrier, and once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible so it reaches you within the estimated timeframe below.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other applicable UK consumer legislation, if no specific delivery date has been agreed, we aim to deliver your order within a reasonable time and, in any event, no later than 30 days after your order has been accepted.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

International shipping
We are pleased to offer international delivery. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain, France, Italy and Germany. Estimated delivery times for international orders are covered in the section above and may vary depending on your location and local carrier services.
Customs and import duties: Depending on the delivery address, your order may be subject to customs charges, import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in the country of delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Nala Luna has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Delays
While we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing or busy periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or undelivered parcels
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a suitable resolution.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
