Our 30-Day Promise

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order. To keep things lovely for everyone, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be unworn and unwashed, with original tags intact.
  • Please keep the original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Beginning a return is beautifully simple. Just follow these steps:

  • Email our customer care team at info@nala-luna.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  • We'll reply with clear instructions and your return details.
  • Pop your unworn items, with tags, into secure packaging and send them back to us.

We will confirm the correct return address when you contact us, so your parcel reaches the right place.

Exchanges

Fancy a different size or a fresh floral print? We're delighted to help. Let us know which piece you'd love instead when you contact us, and we'll guide you through the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability — if your preferred item is out of stock, we'll happily arrange a refund instead.

Refunds & Timing

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued for returns that meet our unworn, tagged condition. Please allow a little time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.

A Note on Delivery

For your reference, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, and orders placed before 3pm GMT begin processing the same day. We also offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
